Delivery
If available all UK orders will be dispatched within one working day
of receipt of payment, with expected delivery within 4 working days.
We offer the choice of items being sent by standard 1st class post
or 1st class recorded delivery with the requirement of a signature
on receipt of the items for the latter. In the event of a product being
damaged or lost in the post, compensation should be sought from the
Royal Mail service. As we use the Royal Mail for all our postal services
we are subject to their terms and conditions.
For orders that require express delivery please
call us.
When a product is out of stock, we will back order the item and send it
to you as soon as it is available. You will always be emailed with the
option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and any charges
levied on your card will be refunded. Out of stock items would normally
be available within a maximum period of one week of a back order being
placed.
Returns
Under the European Union Distance Selling Directive you are entitled
to a 7 day cooling off period. This means you can return your order to
us in its original condition unopened within 7 days of the date on which
you receive it. If you need to return an item, please contact us for
instructions before returning the item instead of just sending it back
to us. Any items returned to us without our authorisation will be rejected.
Please take note of the following:
- You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
- We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
- A 7.5% charge is levied on all refunds to cover the cost of credit card processing and handling.
- If any goods are returned incomplete, damaged, soiled, or used, then we reserve the right to impose a charge proportionate with our costs of processing the sale.
- We reserve the right to restrict returns to unopened or defective products at our discretion.
- If the goods returned prove to be faulty, a replacement will be sent out. If the goods being replaced are no longer available, then an equivalent product will be offered.
- Refunds are given at the discretion of how-to-charts.co.uk
- Our products are covered by copyright and cannot be copied.
